Things have been so busy recently at home and at work at the salt mine that I've had little time for anything else. Admittedly, I've been watching on average around 3 hours of cycling on television a night but I can't concentrate on that and write at the same time. Can I?Anyway, having recently 'graduated' a group of trainees they presented me with an unexpected gift - a hand painted (and therefore unique) mug decorated with the word WINNER and surrounded by each of their names.
I'm genuinely touched by their thoughtful gift - it's a timely reminder to me why I do what I do - and it's something I'll always treasure.
